Huang Yong Ping has died
Last Saturday, October 19, 2019, Huang Yong Ping died unexpectedly and to our great sorrow. Stroom had intensive contact with this famous, amiable French-Chinese artist. We worked towards the unveiling, in the year 2020, of Ling Zhi Helicopters, his iconic work of art for the city of The Hague.Huang Yong Ping, internationally acclaimed for his inventiveness and boundless imagination, is also remembered for his gentleness and empathy.
There are no major consequences for the realization, installation and unveiling of the work of art in The Hague. The work will be unveiled on 4 October 2020.
