Silicon Rally : Stroom on the Internet, a workshop for digital, public space (30 Mar '96 - 08 Jun '96), was presented at Stroom in her venue at Spui The Hague. Since internet emerged as a new form of public space, Stroom also wanted to investigate this area for the visual arts.
