Folder with PR materials and articles related to Tadashi Kawamata (1953). In 1986 the artist built his very first project in The Hague, when he was invited to create a work as part of the 'In Situ' project, a series of temporary projects in public space (1985-1990). He covered the last building left standing on the Spui in The Hague (the location of the current Hertzberger complex, now housing the Theater aan het Spui, and Filmhuis) with a second skin of recycled timber. In 2003 he realized another project, in coöperation with photographer Leo van der Kleij, artist group OpTrek in Transvaal (The Hague) and Stroom.
