How nice that you are coming to visit Stroom! We would like to introduce everyone to art in the broadest sense of the word. But of course we protect each other and the exhibited works of artists as best as possible, which is why there are house rules.
We ask you to always follow the instructions of our employees.
You are allowed to photograph and film for your own use, but do this without a flash and/or tripod. It is not permitted to photograph or film other visitors, especially children, without permission.
If you want photographers or filming for commercial purposes, please contact communicatie@stroom.nl. Costs may be charged for use.
Stroom can also photograph you, for example at an opening or event. If you object to this, please let the counter employee know in advance. Naturally, we will handle your wishes with care.
You can keep your coat if you like. We have a cloakroom and lockers for bags larger than A4 or umbrellas.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by adults.
Stroom Den Haag's premises are accessible for people with a physical disability and wheelchair users.
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The sidewalk has a slight slope leading to the entrance and the entry space, where most events take place. Stroom's exhibition space has a ground floor and a basement. There is a simple lift that can be used to access the basement level in a wheelchair.
Stroom has three separated all-gender bathrooms with multiple toilets and sinks, which are in the basement and are accessible by stairs and a lift. One of the restrooms is wheelchair accessible and can be reached by lift. This bathroom also has a nappy-changing pad.
Companions/assistants are very welcome, including service dogs. We welcome young children and babies to our space.
