OPEN CALL: Sleepy Eyes Film Festival The Hague

Sleepy Eyes Film Festival welcomes experimental films from around the world for the inaugural edition of a new nocturnal film event. The festival will take place from 6 to 14 February 2026 along Westeinde in The Hague. Films will be projected silently onto the windows of buildings along the street, from 8:00 PM until late into the night.

Deadlines: 13 December 2025 and 2 January 2026.
The first selection will take place in December. Make sure to apply on time: participants will be notified by 12 January 2026 whether they have been selected for the next round.
