Folder with PR materials and articles related to Marin Kasimir (1957) and - a.o. - his art project for The Hague’s newly realized City Hall, built by architect Richard Meier (1994). The artist made a rotating panoramic shot of the Spui a few months before the City Hall was finished. The result was 'Zoom in / Turn around' a panoramic photograph 75 meters long and 2 meters high: a shot made up of 820 degrees of the Spui, in which reality, staging and computer manipulation are combined so that all aspects and responsibilities of a City Hall are represented. . Fragments from ‘Zoom in/ Turn around' hang on all floors of the city hall. In 2005 the print above the reception desk was updated to show the changes in the cityscape (and the people) since 1994.
