In 2004, Stroom Den Haag organized 'The Sea, the Beach,and the Harbour', a manifestation at the intersection of art and science, in which the sea was explored as a public space. In addition to projects by visual artists including Krijn Giezen, Annelies Dijkman, Denis Oudendijk, Jan Körbes, Esther Polak, etc., workshops and a symposium on Mobile Urbanism took place under the title 'In de Tussentijd'. Also 'enSEAclopaedia' was realized, consisting of an alphabetically arranged vocabulary of 'North Sea culture' (only published online). See also the folder 'In de Tussentijd / Norfolkterrein')
