Catalog (in French) of the exhibition Nano, Galerie Fraich'attitude, Paris, May 22-September 20, 2003 .In a space entirely designed by the two Swiss architects Decosterd and Rahm, the gallery is transformed into a space for contemplating 'nano'. We hear – here and there – about nanotechnology, nanoscience, nanoelectronics… Nano usually refers to the nanometer (one billionth of a meter). For about thirty years, researchers have been investigating the behavior of matter at the nanoscale, at the limits of the atomic scale. For the exhibition, five international artists allow us to observe an invisible, sometimes fictional world to discover the infinite. For the exhibition, 8 international artists showed an invisible world, sometimes invented, to discover the infinite, we will discover, for the duration of an exhibition, these unknown worlds.
