What will the weather be in The Hague?

The impetus for the summer exhibition at Stroom was the updating of documentation on artists living and working in The Hague. The determining factor for the choice of works was the relationship between the city and public realm in the broadest sense. While examining the documentation, we looked for the ways in which the city or nature was represented. All together, 19 artists were shown in 5 presentations, for which Bas Witlox designed three separate pavilions and an information wall that were altered with each exhibition. The remaining space was used for a visual account of the projects that were realized in The Hague by or in collaboration with Stroom. Participants were:
