Location: various locations Den Haag

Artists from The Hague were invited to submit a proposal for a contemporary panorama at a suitable location in the city. The projects by Barendsz & Van Noordt, Johan Cornelissen, Els de Groot, Paul Hennekam, René Klarenbeek, John Körmeling, Boudewijn Korber, Jaap Kuypers, Adriaan Nette, Loek Nieuw, Urs Pfannenmüller, Otto Schouten, Martin Sjardijn, and Shinkichi Tajiri were selected and realized at various sites.

A modest publication accompanied the project, and Lokatel produced video recordings of several participating artists, which were broadcast via cable television.
