Ondertussen

The former reception area of Stroom may be modest in size, but it now serves an important presentation function. Both physically and programmatically, the space acts as a link between Stroom’s art policy and its artist policy. The space and its associated programming are referred to as Ondertussen ("In the Meantime").
Ondertussen regularly features presentations based on grant applications submitted under Stroom’s PRO and SPOT funding schemes. These presentations are intended to showcase the richness of ideas within the applications and the diversity of the funding system. They may take the form of an (interim) report on research or a project, a study trip, or, for example, a network presentation. The applicant is responsible for the setup of the presentation.
