The exhibition My Practice, My Politics presents work by artists and designers who have recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Art The Hague (KABK). The interdisciplinary exhibition—curated by Saskia van Stein and Agata Jaworska—is a fusion of visual art, photography, artistic research, and various design disciplines. It explores the inherently political nature of artistic expression.

The exhibition addresses new forms of political expression and, through a wide range of artistic practices, presents manifestations, interfaces, and exchanges that lie at the intersection of the individual and the societal. With My Practice, My Politics, KABK portrays how artists and designers embed their views on society in the subjects they choose, the languages and tools they use, the aesthetics they express, and the communities they engage with.

The exhibition was previously on view earlier this year (April 17–22, 2018) at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, at the new exhibition venue Ventura Future. A selection of the Milan presentation is on display at Stroom Den Haag.
