Hans van der Pennen

Date: 19 June - 26 July 1992

Hans van der Pennen (1953) essentially used the exhibition space as an open studio. Throughout the entire exhibition, he worked on a massive clay sculpture, which he continued developing over the summer after the exhibition ended. In the end, the enormous structure had to be carried out of the building in pieces and was reassembled in Woerden after being fired. Alongside the clay sculpture, his presentation also featured other sculptures, drawings, and paintings.
