The Aanmoedigingsprijs 2003 was awarded to: Gwenneth Boelens (department of photography), Jouke Bos (department of photography), Eli den Hartog (department of fashion), Ans Volkers (department of visual arts). In addition there was a special mention for Nickel van Duijvenboden (department of photography).

The award is given by Stroom Den Haag to selected students as a special incentive upon their graduation from the Royal Academy in The Hague.
