Saskia van Stein, director Bureau Europa, will lead the discussion with:
- Monique Koemans, criminologist, historian and writer on the subject of control
- Juha van ‘t Zelfde, artistic director Lighthouse (Brighton, UK) and editor of the book Dread: The Dizziness of Freedom
- Francesco Garutti, art and architecture editor and curator of the documentary project Misleading Innocence at the CCA Montreal (Canada).

Film clips shown include Minority Report, Misleading Innocence, Taxi Driver, Children of Men, Fortress of Solitude and many others.

Followed by a screening of the film Ex Machina (the closing film of the festival).
