Who could resist the temptation to touch, smell, pick and taste the vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs that grow on the walls of this edible factory? The FOOD FACTORY introduces a novel way of gardening. The building, created by Atelier GRAS! and De Stuurlui Stedenbouw, is both garden, greenhouse and kitchen.
