'The air is filled with ideas. In a very dense cloud. And at some locations those ideas penetrate the clouds and drop down to earth. All you need is people, who want to function as funnels.'
- Frank van Klingeren in De Nieuwe Linie, 1974

We are those people who are needed to give ideas a place on earth. Anyone can become a funnel for ideas! United We  investigates with artists, designers, architects, managers and a growing group of curious people, the how, what and why of a renewed belief in collectivity. Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad recently wrote: 'Me is out, we is in'. What ideas exist at this moment about other forms of working, living, organizing? How do these ideas take shape?

United We consists of an exhibition with work by Frank van Klingeren, Potential Estate, Conditional Design, Itay Ohaly, gerlach en koop, Pratchaya Phinthong (invited by gerlach en koop) and Ante Timmermans.

And an extensive Stroom School program of activities through which the themes of the exhibition are highlighted and more profoundly explored: United We Work, United We Make, United We Learn, United We Live, United We Organize and United We Resist.
