For the 7th time Stroom Den Haag has invited a group of curators for the annual Stroom Invest Conference. In front of an audience of  artists from The Hague the guests will talk with Lorenzo Benedetti about their ideas, ideals, motives and the choices they have to make. This evening is part of a (private) conference for artists and curators from The Netherlands and abroad, organized by Stroom Den Haag in concurrence with the Invest Subsidies awarded by Stroom each year.

The PRO Invest subsidy is a grant for young, recently graduated artists helping them in the further development of their career and stimulating their active participation in the art scene in The Hague. This conference also comprises a private program of studio visits, presentations, and informal meetings.

The artists who received the Stroom PRO Invest in 2013 and take part in the 2014 Invest Conference are:

This year Stroom invited the following curators to the Invest Conference 2014:

- Erlend Hammer - independent curator, Bergen (a.o. 7th Momentum Biennal, Moss; UKS/ Young Art Society, Oslo)
- Danji Lee - curator, Seoul (ARKO Art Centre, Arts Council Korea)
- Nat Muller - independent curator/critic, Rotterdam and the Middle East  (a.o. Metropolis M, Ibraaz, formerly V2, De Balie)
- Lorenz Seidler -  journalist/curator, Vienna (eSel)
- Nina Tabassomi - curator, Kassel (Fridericianum)
